The Story Behind My Barber Business
My journey into the world of hair cuts began with a passion for drawing. As a child, I would often sketch and recreate the mens hair cuts I saw during visits to the local barbershop, King George's, owned by the legendary George Young. This early fascination with haircuts sparked a lifelong interest in barbering.
I began cutting hair in 1994 at just 14 years old while attending Dougherty Comprehensive High School. My dedication to the craft led me to pursue formal education, and in March 2000, I graduated at the top of my class from Albany Technical College with a diploma in Cosmetology.
Over the years, I've gained valuable experience working at various salons, including MasterCuts and Regis Salon in the Albany Mall, Hair Cuttery in Dunwoody, GA, and Natural Hair Wonders. Each of these experiences has helped me refine my skills and develop a deep understanding of what clients truly want and need.
